This is your first best post and I mean it.

There are only two things and they are mutually exclusive of each other, meaning if one happens then the other cannot happen, and vice versa.

- If only those who signed release, can receive the benefits from the so called bankruptcy remote assets then POR 7 must be applicable, which means that the so called bankruptcy remote assets are under the jurisdiction of the bankruptcy court.

- Otherwise everybody who owned the old WAMU stocks, can have those assets, even if they have not signed release.
