>>>Based on your post, am I to infer it was all concocted by a rogue PR guy who sending our PRs without management oversight or sign off? No emails of "does this look ok?"<<<
Correct! That is why he was shown the door.
This was a startup company and as I said, management made many mistakes and THAT was one of them. They had the product, but not the skills (business) needed for this massive undertaking. Very green in these matters of publicly traded companies and dealing with the FDA, the head honchos relied and depended on some who conveyed their experience in such and paid the price for doing so. Yes, a very stupid decision by management, as I have said, 'they have made many mistakes'. This company is still paying the price for those mistakes ---- as most that recall this are not totally sold on exactly what is to happen here: 'Con me once, your fault. Con me again, my fault'! Some like me, knowing all this is in the PAST, are back locked and loaded for what we believe to be a successful end to this story. What you are referring to was only one small chapter, early in the life of this company and its very EFFECTIVE products. We are still waiting for what we see as the happy ending.
You should really try the patches, they are AMAZING!!
