I believe your conclusions are premature. I have stated consistently, but not in every post regarding this matter, that I believe NWBO is part of a much wider ongoing investigation. Any angst on your part should be squarely directed at Mr. Neil Woodford who said he would be doing his own independent investigation. Why have results from his investigation not been shared yet? You might want to think about what THAT means before jumping all over Mr. Cofer Black and NWBO especially since Mr. Woodford's investment has lost about 97% of its value. Best wishes.
