Arcaro is in the business of buying abandoned shells, cleaning them up then selling them to a company. He makes money when he sells the shell. Im not sure how much research goes into the buyer but he at least will want to know that they are able to follow through and pay him for the shell. Remember we are still talking about pink sheet stocks. With that in mind a company that has a couple hundred thousand to buy a shell is in better shape than most. Each transaction is going to be different unless of course more than one shell is sold to the same people as was the case with CYPE and WSML.

Since LRDR is not being sold to the same people as CYPE and WSML it is a clean slate. We will know soon who is merging in.
