Reverse stock split is out of the question. I am not worried about the dilution aspects as this will be erased in my opinion once the two big deals are closed that will transform PHIL into a $5.00 a share company by year end. Who needs dilution with such revenues. It is hard for people to see here that this is more realistic than they imagine.
