Thanks for responding alabama96! Im not so concerned about that.... the only reason I mentioned that ticker was the affiliation of Alessi and the successful merger that took place. It looks as though the couple tickers being looked into by SEC have that A. Collette name affiliated and as you referred, certain filings have been in place to cover any discrepancies. Im just watching, learning, and evaluating where faltering occurs.

Imo, Mr Alessi is in 'learning mode' while also passionate in the new AI learning platforms. Eliminating the frivolity is a much needed approach within these OTC start-ups.
