You helped me majorly with what you research and share, nodummy! Thank you so much ;) Ive come to appreciate fact finding and this DD Support Board!

I will admit, the JA mergers had me hooked into all of them but the WSML then CYPE with Palewater (if I recall correctly)
Then watching/reading some really odd tweets (referencing Jesus and derogatory slang) from a disclosed (CYPE) affiliate had me run quickly with the meek profits.

Very curious to see if Mr. William Alessi comes on to your radar. He was the one hoodwinked (imo) originally by minnymara in LSDR's control handover. Not sure if he simply sells control to the next guy and expects the next guy to have 'know how' to address merger issues. Hopeful this is in the 'learning curves' for quality mergers to come for otc recycling plays :)
