In terms of getting back to SEC compliant that will be very easy, GEGP was SEC & OTC current a few months ago but missed filing the 10K. Once they file the 10K and 10Q through April 2018 they'll be current again.

In terms of the share structure it something seems off with the way it's traded the last year. Back in 2014 the stock was very heavy to move but the last year it's been moving with hundreds of million in volume as opposed to billions in the past. Not quite sure how this could be but it definitely trades far more thinly than it did then.
