Anyone want to take a stab at his one...

Can you think of a good reason not to pursue the AMEX over NASDAQ? AMEX, only requires (I believe) a $2.00 listing, has more exposure, and would get us onto a large board faster.

So why not AMEX?

Looking forward to getting out of pink land. But why not AMEX instead?
