Worst case scenario, Judge Elliot's decision is voided and BIEL gets a new Hearing before a properly appointed Judge.

Best case scenario, Judge Elliot's decision is voided and the SEC decides not to pursue any further action against BIEL.

The SEC is still reeling from the major blow the SCOTUS handed them. They don't know what to do, hence the Order placing a 30 day Stay on any actions relating to any ongoing Administrative Proceedings.
