Is there a checkmark in the "display notification about every script error" box? Some spyware can trigger the scripting errors. Are you running any anti-spyware applications?

What are you doing when you get the messages?

Go to run and type in msconfig and hit enter. Check on the startup tab and see if you have mdm.exe listed. If so, uncheck the box next to it and reboot when prompted.
