IMO, There is only one reason for this 'odd voting procedure'.
Is there somehow a benefit to 'us'(the merged Company), for this wording?
Let's say, after the merger, WMIH takes off running. Then those who voted against, OR DIDN'T VOTE will have no grounds for complaint, because they did NOT want the merger, in the first place. ? ?
