The Big Reveal (My View) Starts on June 29, 2018 Continuing mid to Late Aug/2018 – Many of Our Questions Will Be Answered


• Friday, June 29, 2018 WMIH has their actual shareowner’s meeting starting at 3:00pm et in NYC

• WMIH Shareowners will vote on merger and OTHER interests

• Friday, June 29, 2018 NSM has a special meeting set up in Dallas at 2:00pm to vote on merger - Dallas is on central time

• These meetings are synchronized to happen at the exact same time as if there is some unannounced Material Development that has to be announced

• Unusual and VERY puzzling, if an NSM investor does not vote the vote is considered a vote AGAINST merger

• If not enough votes cast for merger, a Quorum (people currently present) has been set up to immediately vote to continue merger by Executives calling for an immediate vote via Quorum set-up

• My view, they already know they have the votes but has to make it legal by voting

• I have always talked about how WaMu was blacked-out worldwide in both print and media for the last ten years

• Have also always discussed when the move forward actually happens, the cover would be shielded by a weekend and/or a long Holiday weekend - Possibly more happens during this meeting

• So, I believe the merger finalization will be before the end of July/2018 and then simultaneous to merger finalization or within a very short time frame thereafter (within a month), we will see a “share for asset” event with those investors who signed timely releases before the deadline to exchange which was 3/2012

• I believe the “share for asset” event will happen and NSM CEO Jay Bray mentioned, they will be pursuing asset purchases and not necessarily “platform” purchases and/or mergers, so it stands to reason they (WMIH) will buy the “BENEFICIAL INTERESTS” that Escrow ShareMarker investors own to further exploit their tax free (Tax Attributes/NOLs) returns

• Also, I expect there will be several Material Developments with 8Ks filed starting the evening of 6/29/2018 and continuing through into mid/late Aug/2018 showing us the way forward that will answer many questions for us including “share for asset” event, Escrow ShareMarker distributions and much more
