CYPE/WSML/BTHI/AXMP - It looks like we are not the only ones trying to prove if Mandla J Gwadiso is a real person or not. Check this out
https://twitter.com/GwadisoMandla
As you already mentioned Mandla J Gwadiso ran some company named Sigur Capital Inc which was located in the British Virgin Islands before he helped create Milost Global Inc and Palewater Group Inc
https://www.zoominfo.com/p/Mandla-Gwadiso/-2016660996
https://web.archive.org/web/20141224205224/https://www.sigurcapital.com/
Look at all the old bogus info that used to be on the Sigur website. Makes it just that much more obvious that Mandla J Gwadiso's new company Milost Global Inc lying too
I see that Sigur signed an agreement with WAFR in 2014
https://www.businesswire.com/news/home/20141223005693/en/COREwafer-Industries-Engages-Sigur-Capital-Lead-Advisor
I wonder how that deal turned out
WAFR became AHIX
https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/AHIX/profile
Going back through the filings there is not one single mention of Sigur Capital in the WAFR/AXIX filings which is consistent with all of the deals that Palewater and Milost did with public tickers in the past (see my past research at the following link)
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=141418337
Here is Sigur Capital doing a PR with CGRA
https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/cgra/news/CGROWTH-CAPITAL-INC-ENGAGES-SIGUR-CAPITAL-INC-AS-LEAD-ADVISOR-FOR-INTERNATIONAL-CAPITAL-MARKETS?id=93739
Identical PR to the WAFR PR... Sigur was supposed to be helping CGRA find financing. Again no mention of Sigur in the CGRA filings. Just another bogus financing arrangement like all of the others.
Here is yet another identical PR done with ACRL
https://backend.otcmarkets.com/otcapi/company/sec-filings/10410309/content/html
ACRL had just gone public as Arrakis Mining Research Inc via an S-1 using Brian Kistler's favorite attorney Clifford J Hunt
https://www.sec.gov/cgi-bin/browse-edgar?action=getcompany&CIK=0001584618
ACRL also had a consulting agreement with Brian Kistler when it filed to go public
https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1584618/000138038914000025/amri_consultingagrmt.htm
The Sigur Capital agreement was never mentioned again in any of the subsequent ACRL filings.
Here is yet another identical PR done with ONCX.
https://backend.otcmarkets.com/otcapi/company/sec-filings/10364633/content/html
ONCX had just gone public as Electric Vehicle Research Inc via an S-1 using Brian Kistler's favorite attorney Clifford J Hunt
https://www.sec.gov/cgi-bin/browse-edgar?action=getcompany&CIK=0001584137
ONCX had a consulting agreement with Brian Kistler when it filed to go public
https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1584137/000138038913000109/evrc_nobsconsultingagrmt.htm
According to ONCX filings, ONCX paid a $35,000 engagement fee to Sigur Capital to get Sigur to act as an advisor and financier for the Issuer. A year later the agreement was dropped from the ONCX filings.
ONCX and ACRL were mirror shells when they went public - same attorney (Clifford J Hunt) same auditor (DKM CPA) same consulant (Brian Kistler) same deal with Sigur Capital and same largest seed shareholder (Soellingen Advisory Group Inc)
Brian Kistler later became an officer for ONCX and Kistler was one of the early founders of Palewater Global Inc with Mandla Gwadiso in 2016.
Obviously Brian Kistler and Mandla Gwadiso's business association started way before they formed Palewater Global Inc and Milost Global Inc together in 2016.
Soellingen Advisory Group, Inc is a Florida entity that was controlled by David Haig
http://search.sunbiz.org/Inquiry/CorporationSearch/SearchResultDetail?inquirytype=EntityName&directionType=Initial&searchNameOrder=SOELLINGENADVISORYGROUP%20P130000288470&aggregateId=domp-p13000028847-e6c5cd02-5dd0-4635-bd21-6857894fe597&searchTerm=Soellingen%20Advisory%20Group%2C%20Inc&listNameOrder=SOELLINGENADVISORYGROUP%20P130000288470
Soellingen Advisory Group Inc also filed to go public in 2013 eventually getting the trading symbol SLLV
https://www.sec.gov/cgi-bin/browse-edgar?action=getcompany&CIK=0001574946
No surprise at all that Clifford Hunt was the attorney used to take it public and Brian Kistler was a consultant
https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1574946/000138038913000026/consulting_agreementandnote.htm
Brian Kistler is now listed as the CEO
https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/SLLV/profile
SLLV got suspended by the SEC last year as a delinquent filer
https://www.sec.gov/litigation/suspensions/2017/34-81709-o.pdf
If Mandla Gwadiso is a real person and not just a Brian Kistler alter ego than he might be one of the people in this photo

Mandla J Gwadiso is the one that runs this twitter page which is often used to pump CYPE and WSML

This Egerton Foster from 2018
Amazing how Egerton Foster can look so much different now compared to older pictures...
Here are some more older Milost photos from when they used to have photos on their website:
And more
Interesting how Dato' Arif Siddiqui and Erroll Booker look very similar.
So going back to the first group photo I guess we can conclude that the man in the middle at the bottom is Egerton Forster and the man on the right at the bottom is Dato' Arif Siddiqui or Erroll Booker. That just leaves the man on the top left as a possibility for Mandla J Gwadiso
Strange that Mandla J Gwadiso asn't in any of those old photos and didn't have his picture on the Milost website with all the others especially since he is supposedly one of the co-founders.
Here is another photo/article
https://nairametrics.com/this-is-mesa-milost-strategy-for-investing-in-nigeria/
Is it just me or does it look like some of the people were photo shoppped into that image?
That looks like the same person from the twitter photo with the bicycles
