No the business is failing and they are looking for money . With no plans on reporting to the sec . They are going after private investors to help fund a private company . If they where planning on being public they would have a stock offering like every other public company does . Since soupq has already made all the regulatory filings . What would they need accredited investors for . Answer gallant did not buy the company just the name and assets .
