If this were the case, and the study would have begun in October 2017, then how come the April Presentation currently available on the company website states "Pivotal Study to Begin 2018", if the study had begun at least 5 months earlier?
Also this would mean the study would have started within 2 months of the date of the press release stating the DOD 'will' carry out the study. That seems a bit short of a time-frame? These things take time to set-up.
Looking forward to the next company presentation update that should glean more light on this. Given the new Phase II IC data I would be expecting a new company presentation soon.
