I Have Not Seen Any Definitive Statement As To When The DoD Studies Began. However, Common-Sense Would Lead Me To Believe That The DoD Studies Began In The Fall (October) Of 2017 !


IMO...The DoD Already Has The Results ! And IMO.. PSTI Has Been Stock-Piling PLX-R18 Just As Fast As They Can For The US Government And The Israeli Government.
