.0001 div on 815 mill = $81,500.00

This will tell them the short position.

If paul and the gang own 200,mill shs they will get $20,000
of that back.

If you pay the div on non-restricted shs then the div cost would be around $48,900 and they will get $20,000 of that, so the cost of the div is only $28,000 less what the shorts pay into the dividend.
