People are overlooking a very small portion of the assets...Ring of Honor wrestling. They have owned this tiny promotion for several years. It has grown slowly but is ready to overtake Impact as the only true competitor to WWE which is a 4.7billion dollar company after the triple the stock has seen recently. I’m not implying RoH is worth anywhere near that but Sinclair can leverage the growing success of the promotion and I think it could be a cornerstone asset in the next couple years. I don’t know that WWE would ever attempt to purchase RoH but the possibility buoys SBGIs implied value. I think RoH could have a fair value of $600m right now given the marketing and television rights bidding war that would happen if SBGI were to allow it is be presented on networks other than their own. Just a little food for thought.
