Regarding Bill Delgado, Defendant in MEC's share fraud case, he is also deep in litigation with the public company he runs.

Here is a link to a March 2018 filing by the SEC Enforcement Division in their case against his company. It clearly speaks to issues of integrity and Delgado's ability to serve in a leadership role.
