On May 11, Sean Patrick, the Attorney for Bill Delgado, filed for foreign registration of the name MyECheck with CA Secretary of State. While he is not the Attorney of Record for Ken Maciora, he filed this registration on behalf of Ken Maciora. Maciora registered that name in Wyoming.

To me, this looks like more evidence that Maciora is highly manipulative, and orchestrating efforts to destroy MEC. We know he has no FinTech background and certainly cannot compete with Ed's patented process.
