So I think MTAC was to be the Marketing and Brand awareness partner for the Utopya Phones. The past affiliation of Prince Kennedy as streetbeatz is no coincidence.

Something, some disparity arose between MTAC and ANDI and became unreconcilable so MTAC does the Press Release as a shot across the Bow of ANDI/Utopya

Now we had Jason saying fake news, all the while he had to know about MTAC and Prince Kennedy a name he would be familiar with.

This really doesnt look good, also the guy that brought this release forward in my opinion has to have some type of connection to Prince Kennedy, it wasnt a release that by any search with keywords I have used that would pull it up, but anyway this is pretty revealing

at the wyoming sos site I have provided the link for click on the History and look at the is listed as 2019 annual report

No other than Prince Kennedy is the Officer and Director

So again I say what we had/have is a spurned would be partner that ANDI had planned on using MTAC and a celebrity endorsement in the next wave of awareness :)

Those associations do not happen by accident :)_
