Why are both LDSR and WRFX touting a business relationship with this fledgling nebulous Paranotek created by Brad Listermann CEO of WRFX?

Have you found some connection between the two I have overlooked?

Also, a shareholder of WRFX makes constant comparisons between the two entities on paper.

Which leads me to believe Listermann may have stakes in both scams.
