riptide, RAND applies to cross-licensing IP. It will apply when/if Wave IP is licenses by other members.

It will have no bearing on revenues Wave receives from services

We have already been told that the licensing royalties from NSM vary, based on volume of the NSM customer, from $0.20 to $1.00

I doubt that the granularity will get any finer than that for the posters and readers of this boards, unless they are employed by one of the licensees (i.e., NSM) and are involved in the contract.
