Slate, RE: Brokerage accounts...

I sent off a letter to my Brokerage house and my banks asking them if I am protected. I sent a copy of your article and info on the standards groups and asked why they are not following the standards for my protection. I asked them to please tell me that I was protected and if not, Why?

They wrote back saying that they forwarded my letter to the security department to be reviewed. Thanking me for the information.

They did not assure me that I was protected :(
