Serge has failed at everything, except taking other people's money and blowing it on his dreams and living off the rest of it. He has had three plus years, since his on going failure got delisted, to "make it right" and continue's to fail, just on smaller amounts of other people's money.

He hasn't been crooked? Look at the law suits.

Duped? The art of the con. Charisma does a lot. Everyone now knows the smell that is emitted when in close proximity.

If he wants to impress someone, now is the opportunity to do so for him, get this relisted, which is far beyond his skill level. How can you get a stock relisted, when you failed to keep it listed?
