I think talking about the audit and dates was a naive thing to do by the CEO. I am not personally surprised it is taking much longer than expected. As a matter of fact, I have seen cases where some CEOs cancelled the whole thing because no auditor was able to sign off. I don't think it is the case here though. It should be coming soon.
