Remember when many posted that they would "never" need to use 950,000,000 shares when it was authorized.

I don't remember anyone making that claim.

But hey, since you brought it up, please explain to the class how many common shares are currently outstanding.

We have heard for over a year about all this dilution. Where is it?

The O/S has remained relatively unchanged. There has been very little dilution.
