ICNB chart reversal setting up broke the 100ma this afternoon accumulation in this consolidation pattern is setting up for a move!
Weekly chart breaking the 20ma resistance strongly suggests ICNB ready to reverse since its run in 2016!
I alerted ICNB in 2016 in trips before it broke north - I believe its ready again - trader sentiment reflected in the chart technicals would suggest this to me
