ONCX is current in their SEC reporting obligations and aren’t required to provide another financial statement until mid August.

If needed, they can provide NT to the SEC, meaning they are in no danger of losing their OTCQB status until almost Sept.

That is worst case scenario.

ONCX has several FLE’s that could significantly change the PPS and ONCX’s ability to meet their SEC filing obligations.

So what are you basing your claim that ONCX will lose its OTCQB tier “soon” on?
