March order? 'I EXTEND the date by which I will issue my order on ratification as it applies to Digital Brand to April 20, 2018' <- that is from Feb court doc... and then DBMM requested additional time so the auditors could finish the 3 year audit and provide to judge before making his decision... and was up to judge to grant or not.. again, judge could have said 'great, go ahead and finish audit, but time is up, my decision is revocation, please refile to relist after audit completion, have a good day'... it wasn't a 'we missed a deadline, please give us more time'.. so this all adds up to seeing if DBMM is serious about the audits and filing on time moving forward. i think they have crossed that bar already and believe judge thinks the same (if audits are in by jun 1 as per court docs)... go dbmm go
