I really like to STICK to the fact but unfortunately I could not find single fact to support that Andrey’s promisses are not lie/ misleading. I would be greatly appreciated if anyone one can provide one example when Andrey said something he is really mean that.

Unfortunately, lack of facts works both ways. We don't know that he didn't mean what he said.
