I assume you have done a pro forma projected balance sheets, income statements, and statements of cash flows based on assumptions and projections to come up to this determination.

The market caps are determined by the shares outstanding multiplied by the price, not by combining the market caps of the acquired companies. Aurora's market cap as of yesterdays close based on 1 billion shares (after leafs completion) would be $5.8 billion. The actual based on current shares O/S is $3.39 billion.However It is also incorrectly known to some as what the company is really worth, or in other words the value of the business.
