Every Press Release contains this statement.
It's easy to hide behind an alias on a message board and complain. Unfortunately, that's the nature of social media; gathering of the faceless.
Stop complaining on the board and contact someone who can actually answer your questions. No one here can do anything but speculate.
Whatever you hear, report back. That's the purpose of this board. Whining and complaining gets you no where and is a waste of time. More importantly, it's a waste of my time because I read every post
