Actually it matters a great deal that a CEO lies to his shareholders to try and pump the share price up if this is what is happening here. What else has CEO Roger lied about? Gro3? Uplisting? Spin-off? Dividends? etc. etc. This is a valid SEC concern in protecting shareholders.
