if we actually ever see those shares become registered, then I will be the first person to call "GAME ON!" and I will become ecstatic about my free shares having a chance to make a few bucks. but until then, this is what it is, which is a listless derelict, an empty shell...but oh boy hold on a 10Q is coming for a nothing that has done nothing
