Again, I'm not risking the house like some here, so I'm not worried one bit. However, even if I did have a lot on the line, I would know that they have plenty of time to register the shares. I also know that they won't take the time to register the shares until other pieces of the plan are in place. They are not paranoid like some that they need to hurry and register those share or Eagen might steal them back!!! Ohhh nooo!!!
