I do recall coming across a post that mentioned how much time needs to pass between the closing of the bankruptcy case and the next steps either by fcc or at&t, I'll try and dig for it and repost. To be honest since I'm not a pro investor i cant put together what the sec filing has to do with us common, other than firmly outlining where the moneies from the purchase of fibertower goes along with any backroom deal that inlcudes us common as well.

While i wish there was more cut and dry information as to our standing ( non legal verbage cut and dry) i would be thrilled.
