The 1% valuation has been battle tested in the VHC/Apple wars. The difference here is we are suing AN INDUSTRY, not one company. If $1T is a valid minimum revenue number for that industry, then we are looking at multiple DOLLARS, inststad of quarters for infringement resolution. Anyone that plays games with flipping, instead of accumulating, risks being part of the biggest buyout these boards have ever seen.
