I did a quick look and thought, just another dietary supplements company run by a CEO who maybe did have dreams of making it big. But the money ran out and the toxic notes were crushing him so he let it die.

The Nasdaq's third tier, the AMEX can be just as bad, and last but not least, the OTC, it seems, are financial venues that reward failure.
