It's as simple as new CEO did not pay to keep the old ILST website up and did not pay for the Domain that old management was using. The domain was expired and the china company picked it up. New CEO had to come up with a new domain and www.ilstinc.com is the best she could do that was not taken. There is nothing more then that going on here. We can't let this fool people into thinking that this is something bigger then it is.
