But: Doesn't Above message provide further evidence that we're going to be part of a larger "holding company?" Under their umbrella? More of a 'take over,' than a merger??

And of course the merger hasn't happened yet. Therefore it can in no way be confirmed, until rest of filings are brought up to date. But IMO: I see this as some 'purdy good positive,' signs of where we're headed.
