The evaluation was probably done couple of years ago when this whole case started and must be very super duper worst case conservative for UOIP and its lawyers that helped them to make a decision to pursue this whole thing. UOIP and its lawyers must be expecting more even though disclosing it would help the stock at the moment (which UOIP doesn't care at the moment) but will hurt them in a long term which is probably couple to few weeks or months away if they decide to settle, and they definitely don't want jury to know these numbers.

But why are cable companies asking this number ? Take a guess !!!!
