Let us be clear

there are about 2.9 billion O/S

and many of those share were of around 2 billion were being held by investment company's, back 2- 3 years ago.

what we do not know is if the investment company's held on to the stock all this time,

i feel most did hold
and there for the float is likely around 900 million to 1.5B

today trades were trading and held up the price same as Friday..

the est back 4 years ago figure at the least tcel would be worth
300 million with 2.9 b shares o/S if my # are right

that is at least about 10 cent a share.

1 cent is only 29 million.

so we could see a big more here
more than anyone ever figure.
