That "valuation" document is pure garbage. $22 billion in gold, silver, platinum, etc. on one 20-acre lode claim.

Why do you suppose COR Consulting did not sign their valuation report? And why do they have absolutely zero internet presence?

Do your own research, use third-party sources, and don't buy into the hype.
