I can only speculate, but we did have a small run on the debt purchase 8-k. Now understand our stock picked up trading around the holidays when bvtk put out a PR and we took in a lot of their investors. I mean a lot. Twice recently I watched in bvtk private fan pages where people were announcing a sell off of libe because they heard our JV was ended. Both times we lost our penny hold and hit 6’s or so. A few days ago we had another high volume sell off followed by really slow days (this week). Catalyst I believe is folks selling off at a loss to quickly grab up the new Dark Pulse shares.

MMS play there games, and short report looks bad, but between it all we took a beating. Key is to bring in new investors with news and strong public/investor relations which we’ll do when site’s up and news.

That’s my opinion. Just basing it on what I’ve seen.
