I rather hope not. Stout has been involved in some nasty shell plays. But I assume he'd know what to do. Wasn't he involved before, though? If so, he failed to notice--or didn't care--that what Remillard bought wasn't the Nevada public shell.

If I'm right about that, Remillard should fire him and get someone else.
