I read everything, I read the filings, I read your posts and I even went and pulled up the filings from your posts to verify. I stopped disputing the dividends and spin off as you clearly outlined it very well. They still had nothing to do with the spin off becoming a nasdaq company but they are issuing a PR like they had something do with it. That's misleading and shady and motivates me to continue reading into PHIL.
There's still other PHIL discrepancies that have not been addressed. If there's smoke there's usually fire.
