How can you not see the cost benefit to the company? Treatments and observations are administered by the caregiver (i.e. parent) and reported online. Therefore, the company isn't paying for it to be done at a trial facility. Granted, there will likely be periodic visits to a trial/evaluation site, but not for the day-to-day therapy and monitoring.
