Exactly. Most dilute in the hundreds and hundreds of millions if not billions. Here it is millions that have hit and we all understand and accept it or we wouldn’t be here. In time they will move beyond the dilutive trend.
And to this statement:
“I'm curious how an otc company like PHIL can issue a stock dividend and spin of(sic) an up listed subsidiary.”
Just like they did with ATC/Eastbridge/CBMG... CAVO went NASDAQ for two years also (2 years over $2 so nobody was stuck with junk after the 180 holding period)- but yet again reality doesn’t equate
in a world where one doesn’t let the truth get in the way of a good story.
In law precedence is persuasive - in the court of public opinion it is disregarded if it doesn’t support or harms the argument.
PHIL has set a precedent in the department of successfully distributing a divvy and spinning off a company. But how in the world can they do it again... impossible! Yet, other companies that claim to have billion dollar gold mines are scams so by transference PHIL is... because the precedent has been set by other companies so it must be so for PHIL but PHIL, itself (not another company), successfully spun off a company and distributed a 20% share dividend to shareholders, which went to Nasdaq and is worth over $18 today but PHIL can’t pull it off this time because other companies rarely if ever pull it off. The logic is remarkably hilarious. I think most are smart enough to work it out for themselves but wow.
